Email notification page is blank

Dear All,

I have Mantis 1.1.8 an PHP5.3 installed on linux.
I am trying to configure emails but Email Notification field is BLANK. In config_inc my settings correct
plz help me..

Before going on with further actions you should consider that PHP5.3 is not supported.
There were already various known bugs with it, which are not resolved at the moment.
