Odd Warning

This error seems to occur sparatically through users using the system:
"Warning: 2702 in /web/bugs/core/session_api.php on line 21"
It lasts a few seconds and then redirects often to the page or to another page. I've never seen this before and only started getting this when upgraded and transferred to a new host.
