Hello,
I am opening this topic because my customers have problems accessing the Mantis BT. Indeed, when they enter their ID and their password, they get the message "Acess Denied".
Personally, I don't have this message and I don't know what to do.
Do you have any ideas ?

Hi there,
It comes in mantis.
When someone wants to log in, this message appears on the top corner left and they can not access to the mantis.

The information you provided is not enough to understand the issue.

This is no MantisBT issue, but a webserver configuration issue.
The server returns [HTTP/1.1 403 Forbidden] when trying to access index.php
Therefore the browser displays "Access Denied"
