Configure mail notification on ticket creation

Hello, I'm trying to configure who receives a mail on ticket creation in a project. What is the correct setting to do this? I can only seem to find the ticket updated, deleted, etc notifications, but no ticket creation. :?

"Status changes to 'new'" is the right row for it.
Please use Search before posting and read the Manual
