Date and time with report
Hello and thanks in advance to anyone who answers. sorry for english but i'm italian. I have installed and added some customizations, added the mail notification. I need to add the date and time field in the ticket form. In practice I need to know when the ticket is opened and when it is closed, and if possible get reports. I added the date field, but couldn't find anything else. How can I do? Thanks again in advance.

the reports you already can create from the view page. You actually can define which fields you would like to have in your report.
