Adding user to a private Issue

I'm having problems to solve a situation that occurs when trying to add a specific user to an Issue that is private.

Do you know any way to solve this?

Hi atrol, the problem is that when an administrator or supervisor puts a user to monitor an issue that is private, that user can not see or access that issue.

Is there any way that a specific user can see a private issue?
