I'm using Mantis 2.19.0.

I need to know which topics have new comments since my last visite.
Is there a way to highlight the link of topic having new comments or to have an "Unread" flag ?

Not exactly what you are asking for, but you can
- filter on page "View issues", based on "Date Updated"
- order on page "View issues", based on "Date Updated"
- configure option $g_default_show_changed (default 6 hours) https://www.mantisbt.org/docs/master/en ... g.defaults
