Mantis version 2.15.0.
How is the filter for OS used? There doesn't appear to be a way to add OS options in the Manage area like you do with Versions. If I type one in manually (e.g., All, Windows, iOS, etc) for an issue, it does not become available in the OS filter drop-down on the View Issues page. The only option ever showing is [any].

This is not supported at the moment.
You can just filter by OS that are contained in so called "profiles".
There are global profiles and your own ones (page My Account > Profiles)
