How can I know this user can be forgotten forever

Post by SunnyMantis »

we have had a lot of 'junk' since nobody took care of this older version mantis 1.1.7. in user list, we see so many, but perhaps nothing to do with these 'people', assuming users created for people.

is there a way to figure out who has nothing to do with mantis at all - no comment, no assignment, no ....... just only an ID created for this user ?

so I can clean up

There is a function "Prune Users" on page Manage > Manage Users.
This will work for users that are just some kind of spam users where the account was never activated.

Thank you, but your version must be higher than 1.1.7 , I cannot see anything you mentioned. :-(

Maybe there is a link "Unused" on the page.
After clicking it, you might get the button "Prune Users"

date_created = last_visit and login_count =0 perhaps we have to go back to database query.
