hello, i want to know how i can activate or implement the actiongroup for the update of the product version field in mantis 1.0.0a2 and/or 1.2.11

hello!! i'he managed to add "Update Product version" and " Update Fixed in version" for the bug_actiongroup in mantis 1.0.0a2 and "Update Product version" in mantis1.2.11.
