Sort by Prio & severity

We use Severity and Priority in Mantis which both decide the importance of issues. However, we cannot sort based on the two to work top down on the most pressing issues which is why I created a seperate excel sheet for this which sorts issues based on the following score:

immediate, crash 120
immediate, block 96
Immediate, major 67,2
high, crash 30
high,block 24
normal, crash 22,5
normal, block 18
high, major 16,8
immediate, minor 16
low, crash 15
normal, major 12,6
low, block 12
normal, minor 3
low, major 8,4
low, minor 2

I haven't found a solution to implement this somehow in Mantis since sorting goes by name and not an assigned number for a given prio/severity.

Does anyone know a way to solve this because using the excel gives extra overhead we would like to avoid (even though there is a direct interface with the Mantis DB)?
