Dear Sirs,

The reason for my communication is to know if they have a plugin that allows me to do the following:
When I receive an email related to the generation of an incident, I want it to be generated automatically within the tool MantisBT.

Do you mean ... You want emails to be sent out when tickets change?

Certainly, that's already in MantisBT.
If you want Mantis to work differently, use or create a plugin. Visit the Plugins forums.
Ask developers to create a plugin that you need - and motivate them to help you!

no but I ask you another question.

I have problems when I attach files in an incident, with error 401, do you know something about it?
