Automatic assign a Ticket?

Hello,
i am using mantis with e-mail Reporting. I send a Mail to ticket@.... and Mantis take this mail and create a ticket. Is it possible to assign this ticket automaticly to an User?

I believe it should be possible. You can assign a user to a category.
If tickets are imported using this category, tickets will be auto assigned.

But this is limited on a per mailbox basis.

Somewhere in the future a rules system should be created which can assign tickets based on certain conditions. But thats future talk which is not going to finished for a long time
If the category option does not suffice in the current version, you will need to create your own plugin or modify EmailReporting as required

Thangs that was good. The ticket are now automaticly assigned.

The limit of one mailbox is ok. I use a team mailadress, so everyone in this group get the mails.
