Email reporting 'to' and 'when' details fetch up

Dear All,

Can anybody please help me to understand how i can fetch the details of 'to' and 'when' from the emails that are fetched in the email reporting?

  1. It's possible to remove parts of the body of the email but most of those features are only available when it concerns email to notes, not email to new issues. Here are some configuration options to check out:
    Only for email to notes ... ve_replies ... le_replies ... ntis_email
    Works on both email to notes and email to new issues ... _signature
  2. I think you mean the to and cc parts of the email. You can add these to MantisBT monitoring system using "Add users to issue monitoring list from Cc and To fields in mail header"
