Is it possible to send an email only on Urgent tickets?

I am wondering if there is some way to setup the email reporting system to only send e-mails to a specific account if the item created has a priority of "Urgent" or "Immediate". I would like to be able to create an emergency account with an e-mail address that sends an SMS message to someone.

Check page My Account > Preferences.
Not exactly what you want, but you can send email based on minimum severity (not priority) of a issue.
