Hello,
I am currently a new user of Mantis. I have set up a new installation (thanks to this forum, much of my problems have been solved).
After installing Email Reporting Plugin, when i go to "Manage Mailbox", there is a field called "Select Mailbox" and a dropdown list.
My problem is that the Drop-down list is empty.
Thus I can't add a new mailbox.
Am I doing this correctly?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

It's empty because you have not added one yet
Just try adding one and you'll see

I did not notice the add button! Great!
But when I test (using an office365 account on IMAP), it deletes all the mail found in my inbox.
How can I change this please?

For IMAP EmailReporting will always mark emails as deleted after processing them.
The only thing you can do to change this is set "Delete processed email from the mailbox" to "No"
This will not expunge the emails. Though other clients accessing the mailbox might perform an expunge and then the emails will be gone
If EmailReporting was not meant to process the INBOX folder, you need to modify the mailbox you've set up in EmailReporting so that it accesses another folder
