I am using Mantis v 1.2.17 with the latest email reporting plugin and exchange. Whilst I can make connection with the server I am unable to retrieve emails.
I have tried all combinations of settings but keep running into this error message.
I have verified the imap setting with an other tool:
The Simple Mail client add-on to Firefox.
This works without any problems.
Hence I can only conclude that there is something not compatible between the imap code in the EmailReporting plugin and Exchange.
I don't believe that it a port setting issue as we have a connection but no messages coming through.

EmailReporting using IMAP against an Exchange mail server is troublesome. Though it has been some time since i last tested this.
