Re: Help with customer suport use case: how to reply to created tickets?
The second one is obvious. The first one I've got some suspicions but nothing conclusive. EmailReporting keeps a database with the message id's and the issue id's that they belong to. If somebody replies to your email that was mapped to issue 10843 any subsequent emails will be mapped to that ID as ...

Currently there are no plans for supporting it.
But your welcome to make the necessary changes and push them to EmailReporting.

Re: Help with customer suport use case: how to reply to created tickets?
That is weird.
An email keeps track of all the previous message id's. EmailReporting will check all of them. Not just the last one.

Re: Help with customer suport use case: how to reply to created tickets?
It depends on what options you have enabled
The subject line takes precedence over message-id
What kind of search should be used to find the issue id in the subject
Use Message-ID in Mail header to identify notes

Re: EmailReporting associating the email address with the project
It should.
In the screenshot you see that for Reporters you enabled all checkmarks except 2. This means that all accounts with reporter access would have received emails for all those events.
Good that its resolved now.

Re: EmailReporting associating the email address with the project
Go to the e-mail notification page and select the project where you are experiencing the issues using the dropdown in the top right.
The default using config_inc.php has no color
Global settings through the web interface are blue
Green are per project settings

Re: EmailReporting associating the email address with the project
Nothing from the current notification settings suggest that all should receive notifications. Thats why i'm asking for more information.
If we find the reason why, we can correct it.

Re: EmailReporting associating the email address with the project
You don't have any notifications set on access level. Only reporters, handlers, monitors, notes issuers and category owners should receive emails. Is a shared mailbox connected to one of them? Are you sure you do not have any per project settings active? My notifications look like this. notification...

Re: EmailReporting associating the email address with the project
Notifications are handled by MantisBT.
Can you share a screenshot of the "E-mail Notifications" page? (you might have to do this per project).

Re: EmailReporting associating the email address with the project
If thats the problem its simple. (btw the previous solutions did not require SSL certificates at all) You came with the idea for different domain names here https://mantisbt.org/forums/viewtopic.php?p=71742#p71742 i was building on that. So here is the one with one domain name Create a receiving mai...

Re: EmailReporting associating the email address with the project
http://www.mantisbt.org/wiki/doku.php/mantisbt:plugins:emailreporting#imap_createfolderstructure EmailReporting will create folders for every project in the given mailbox. Then you need to add mailbox rules on the mail server that automatically moves emails to the desired folders Out of curiosity. W...

Re: EmailReporting associating the email address with the project
One mailbox can only have one project so you would not get the desired result.
You could of course use IMAP but that would require moving emails to the proper folders.
But this could be automated with mailbox rules.

Re: EmailReporting associating the email address with the project
So that means you need one more mailbox in EmailReporting... Create a receiving mailbox on email address mantis@company.com and connect a generic project just in case. Use mantis@company.com for sending mantisbt notification emails. Create a receiving mailbox on email address mantis@aaa.com and conn...
