It was caused by the account not existing in our Active Directory because the employee left and I didn't delete the Mantis account tied to it. Thus the emails for that account kept bouncing and new "postmaster_onmicrosoft_" accounts kept getting created in Mantis, and resending the notices...

I figured that but of course without a real query that joins the proper tables I'd end up screwing the keys up and my luck would be to restore database from backup. Need to avoid that mess lol.

It seems like our customers who are monitoring a ticket are not getting emails when a note is added. No, the [private] box is not checked. Is there a config settings variable or setup screen option that controls this?

Here is a screenshot of what I see. If I click the actual link it displays the image in the webpage (then I have to use the Back button to get back to the ticket.) It appears that large images are not shown or even given an indication that there is an image there. I think it should be displayed but ...

Just to close this issue it appears it was a Chrome browser issue. After the next browser update it started working again. No idea what had happened but no time to try to figure that out just hoping it doesn't happen again...

Well, except that I can't use IMAP for this application, it must be POP3 so it would be great to ensure that both protocols are allowed in whatever solution is decided upon.
