Yes in fact, in the config_inc.php i found this line:

$g_status_enum_string = '10:new,20:feadback,50:assigned,80:resolved,90:closed';


I think that the word: "feadback" should be "feedback"

'MANTIS_VERSION', '1.2.8'

So you are saying that we should change the word feadback ( you are right) in the custom_strings_inc.php ?

I can't find the custom_strings_inc.php. Any idea where is the path ? ( i think is on the lang folder) but i cant't find

I have a issue regarding the email reporting. When the notes are added into the case that is open, even the attachment keep adding into dhe note.

In this case, i have to delete manually the attachment.

Is there any way to not add the attach that is, actually insert once ?

There are some of the mailbox full ( some user are on vacations and the mailbox is full)

I dont't know if this has nothing to do ?
