Ich bin derjenige, der 2010 das deutschsprachige MantisBT Forum eröffnet hat. Seit dieser Zeit bin ich leider nahezu der einzige, der hier andere User unterstützt hat. Ich kenne auch keinen deutschen Kurs für MantisBT. Ich könnte zu dem eigentlichen Thema hier (Farben, Projkete, Tags, ..) noch einig...

Ich verstehe die Anforderung nicht. Was ist mit "hoch" / "niedrig" gemeint? Anzahl erfasster Fälle in einer bestimmten Zeit? Was bedeutet "varia" / "perm" / "tig"? damit man auf der Übersichtseite, wo alle Projekte gelistet sind Welche Seite ist hier...

I have no experience in running a Docker based MantisBT for production purposes, so recommending / not recommending something would not be serious.

Thera are global categories and categories that are assigned to projects.
You have to retrieve the project information to get the categories as part of the REST JSON response.

The http://futureware.biz/mantisconnect is not a website, it's a XML namespace.

Did you check the web server / PHP logs for any errors and warnings?

Which access level is assigned to the affected user for the affected project? What's the current status of the affected issue? What are the settings for the affected project of "Status where an issue is considered resolved" / "Status where an issue becomes read only" / "Upda...
