Attachments are stored fine in the database but when I click on the attachment link I get what you see in the attachment

Hi, I have changed the file upload section as follow because even using DATABASE mode I was unable to open the attached files; either in DATABASE or DISK mode I can see the BLOB and the file uploaded proeprly in DB and on disk but when I click on the attached file to open it I get "is currently...
