No, after a few hours the timeline scrolled past it and "out of sight, out of mind" took over...

There is nothing in that file with the word EmailReporting in it, I did a non-case-sensitive search.

Is there a way to recover the email mailbox password entered in the EmailReporting plugin in Mantis?

If not, where is it stored so I can at least copy it and ptu it int he new version of the plugin?

I had to update the EmailReporting plugin to the v11-DEV version it appears. See: viewtopic.php?t=28246

Okay, that might have been the problem. Boy there were a LOT of changes from v10 to v11 in your plugin. I grabbed all files modified within 3 or 4 years ago and updated my current files, saving the old ones renamed just in case, on the Dev server. Where do I find version 11-beta? Here is all I see on the git site:

Will report back after that is done, probably be tomorrow since it's such a pain. Wish they'd build in a templating system and oauth support in the main program.

Also, just a note that on the Production server, here is the Mantis info so it very well could be an old version of php causing the issue on the DEV server:

Ugh, what a pain due to the templating code changes. Hope I can track down everything that needs to be updated between versions.

THANK YOU! It appears that EmailReporting is the culprit. Now to find out what I missed when updating since I use my original config file from the old config directory, so if anything changed that requires updates to my config then I won't know to update that. I also have to do a file compare and ed...

Still unable to figure out how to troubleshoot this as there is no error showing, it acts like some javascript isn't doing the redirect back to the my_view page...?

Windows, Mantis 2.25.6 Just updated from 2.25.2 and when I delete a ticket by pressing the [delete] button it goes to this webpage bug_actiongroup.php and stays there on a blank white screen. Obviously I missed something when updating, where do I begin to check for the problem? Browser console shows...
