The company that I work for is running Mantis for almost 14 years (yes, since 2005...), and they are still using the 1.0.5 release.

I guess that a better title for this thread would be "Preventing CLOSED cases to be reopened"...

It seems that Mantis ignores the workflow and considers only the user's permission to reopen cases. Isn't that wrong? Or limited?
