I'm backing up my database monthly.
Now, I'm wondering how can I restore one project that I've deleted accidentally.
(My monthly backup contains all the projects, but I want to restore only one project from that back up)

Regarding the graphs offered on the summary page (Per resolution, per category,...), I'm wondering how can we show graphs based on date
ie: We choose the date: from date till date, or by periode such as this week, last week,...then click on show graph.

Here the inconvenience is that the new call is automatically created when we change the status.
It would be better if the creation will be done when we change the status and appears on the next day.
