Is it possible to import a project structure in Mantis through e.g. CVS?

e.g. I would like to create the following projects in Mantis through an import:

- Project 1
--Project 1.a
--Project 1.b
---Project 1.b.1
---Project 1.b.2
-Project 2
-Project 1.a
-Project 3

etc....

I would like to have some build in fields to be mandatory when a certain status is rewached. E.g. the field fixed in version must be mandatory when the status goes to resolved. This can be done with custom fields, but not with standard fields....why is this? And how can I cahnge it?

At this moment, everything a tester can change, a builder can change as well. I dont want build to be able to close or reopen an issue, but I want the tester to be able to. Only in the workflow I can only give the minimum threshold which mkaes this impossible :( Any ideas? Only thing I can think of ...

I'm trying to change the settings in the permissions_summary_report list for e.g. $s_save_filters (also reporters should be able to do this). But I am unable to find it anywhere in the config defaults

Hi, I just installed and tested the Mantis version for a customer. Now I removed the test bugs, but entering a new bug just starts from 7 (6 test bugs) and not 1 as expected. How can I set this back to 1 again without having to install Mantis again?

Finally got the mail to work.....but with an external SMTP from Gmail (which I didnt really want to use).

Can anyone tell me how the SENDMAIL or MAIL option work? What do I need to do in the Mantis Config and the Apache php.ini file to get this to work??

Hi, I'm trying to install plugins for Mantis, but so far am not able to even download them.

For example this one: http://git.mantisforge.org/w/social.git

How the ** do I download this so I can use it in the plugin manager?
