Description | We have an additional entry in the field status defines "customer closed". Administrative -> Email configuration is the desired settings, but unfortunately, the systems are not sent mail.

Additional Information | Logfile Info: Only, when i enable enable "Email on Status Change" under my account, mantis sents emails. This problem occur only by the custom status. Everything else works fine. | ||||
