Summary0009406: custom status field -> no email notification
Description

We have an additional entry in the field status defines "customer closed". Administrative -> Email configuration is the desired settings, but unfortunately, the systems are not sent mail.

$g_status_enum_string= '10:new,20:feedback,30:acknowledged,40:confirmed,50:assigned,80:resolved,90:closed,100:customerclosed';

17.07.2008 10:11 CEST mail bug=3365, type=customerclosed, msg=email_notification_title_for_status_bug_customerclosed, recipients=()

Only, when i enable enable "Email on Status Change" under my account, mantis sents emails. This problem occur only by the custom status. Everything else works fine.

Same scenario: I have added a couple of customized status, but not be able to send notifications.

Any help or update would be appreciated.
