Description	The format string is only given in the bug not edit page when a bug note is updated. NO where else.

wschneider 2008-06-19 03:46 reporter ~0018137	I would like a solution which omits the hard coded "HH:MM" in the update action. I would give the format in the correspondig language text files. For Example: "Zeiterfassung (hh:mm)" in the strings_german.txt.

A Possible Fix for this issue has been commited to GIT, for inclusion in the 1.2.0a3 release due within the next few weeks. If you are able to reproduce this bug in the 1.2.0a3 release, or GIT trunk code ( mirrored at http://git.mantisforge.org/ and http://git.mantisbt.org ), Please change the status back to "Open", or open a new issue report with more information.
