0008893: (very) big attachment crashes attachment saving into database
Description
I'm on the way to integrate issue generating by POP3 mails, which works. I wondered, why one mail stops this process.
This mail has an inline picture (its outlook, thus its an BMP) with size of 1781266 bytes.
My php.ini allows uploads up to 5MB, either mantis does.
Steps To Reproduce
Create an issue and try to upload such a big file - you'll get no error, but a destroyed display only showing the head part of the page (except in apache logfile) which e.g. tells: [Fri Feb 15 15:35:24 2008] [error] [client 0.0.0.0] PHP Fatal error: 401 in {absolute path}\database_api.php on line 128, referer: http://localhost:8899/view.php?id=181
