| Description | I get the Application Error 401 when I try to upload certain files. These are usually larger than a few hundred kb, but always under the threshold the install of mantis is set to support. When I upload something too large, I get an error telling me so. What I see is the text "Application Error 401" followed by a lot of red text (sample copied into Additional Information). I've also attached a screencap. Any idea why I'm getting this? It seems to happen w/ my Word dcos, but I got it to happen w/ a text doc as well. I appreciate your help in this! | ||||

Try attaching the file that blows your installation here. If it would work, then it might be your setup (plus there is the file to test it on). |

Thanks for the suggestion. I was able to upload the doc here, so it must be something w/ the installation here. I'll close this and try to dig in w/ the config settings. Thanks for the help! |
