Description	It would be nice if the notification feature for new issues could be configured on a by project level. So people which are something like "dispatcher" or manager to one project will be notified about new issues only for this single project.

The requested feature is available in current version of MantisBT by using page Manage > Manage Configuration > E-mail Notifications and checking the appropriate access level. The settings apply to the current selected project. stb, if this is not 100% what you want you can monitor issue 0000747.
