Currently, when reporting an issue, the name of the current project is only displayed in the "Project:" popup menu at the top-right of the screen. This is problematic for several reasons:

• It's natural to assume that items from the main menu up indicate global commands and values, not information pertinent to the task at hand

• Popup menus should be used only for showing easily changeable information (e.g. Category, Reproducibility, etc). The project name isn't easily changeable, since if you do change it you lose anything you've entered into the bug report page

• There's a "Switch" button next to the project popup, presumably because in some situations changing the popup's value doesn't automatically change projects. This means that in some situations the current project isn't the same as the one shown on the popup.

Suggestion: display the name of the project in large-ish type under the main menu.

(This is actually true in many places where a single project is active, and this solution might help those other places as well.)
