Summary | 0004385: An option to insert a "Do not reply to this email" line in notifications emails
Description | It would be nice to be able to set a text in the configuration file that is inserted at the beginning of all notification emails that are sent out.
Additional Information | It could be set to an empty string as default or to something like this: "This is an automatic email message. Please do not reply, but follow the link below and put in your comments directly into the Mantis bug tracker."

This seems like something to do in 0.20 or whenever we allow custom templates for email's. |

Unassigned after having been assigned for multiple years without progress. |

This one is definitely important. |

@ChrisG not sure if you know this 3rd party plugin https://www.mantisbt.org/wiki/doku.php/mantisbt:plugins:emailreporting |

Ah, I was not aware - thanks, that's cool. But I wouldn't want to implement in our case. Too much scope for future breakage (independent points of failure) if we have Mantis logging into IMAP. |
