Steps To Reproduce	Copy issue with attached file, see at result
Additional Information	http://bts.e-city.net.ru/demo/bug_view_advanced_page.php?bug_id=0000003 again show this bug Attachment storing method used - "Database", other possibilities was not tested

Narcissus 2004-06-14 21:56 reporter ~0005706	Fixed and in CVS for 0.19.0. Other information was also not being copied across, but has now been fixed.
