It would be nice if it's possible to enter bug notes in html like: <html><img src="http://anywhere.com/picture.gif"/></html>
In some cases upload of pictures could be bypassed by this feature -> Less upload space needed.

Allowing arbitary html would be a security risk.
We alredy support a predefined set of tags in bug notes. For more advanced stuff, probably bbcode should be used as victor states.
