Summary	0032951: Mantisbt does not send emails
Description	I included the configuration in the config_inc.php file and sendmail.ini file, but it still doesn't send emails. $g_smtp_connection_mode = 'ssl'; ---> There I put "tls" and "ssl", it still doesn't work
