Summary0032630: Dark mode for mantis-bt UI and new theme setting in "Change settings" section
Description

There should be possible to add Dark Mode support for mantis-bt UI and also there is no theme setting in "Change settings".

Right now it's only Light Mode that is in use that can be too much for eyes.
I like Dark Mode more than Light Mode, but I have never thought that this idea wasn't thought so far.

Additional Information

This applies to all versions so far, that's why this Product Version field is blank.

The attached screenshot shows the "Change settings" section with Norwegian language in use and you can see there is no theme setting that I could switch to Dark Mode.
