Summary	0032130: If a user is disabled From Manage-Users, this user does not show up in the "reporter" list when filtering
Description	Disable a user in "Manage"-"Users" Now the filter "Reporter" does not allow selection of this user. This is quite cumbersome when filtering historic defects. We disable users when they leave the group, however, they may have submitted bugs and I need to be able to filter.; Seems related to some other bugs, like 0028123 or 0020221 but is a bit different: this bug is not related to individual permissions removed or sub-projects, but related to a disabled user.
