Description

Product Version- MantisBT 2.26.0-dev-master-3faaae32b
User is able to Edit Profile without Email Address.
Email Address Field should be mandatory.

Steps To Reproduce
  1. Go to "My Account".
  2. Edit Account form will open.
  3. You can see your Email Id .
  4. Remove Email ID from "Email" Textbox Field.
  5. Click on "Update User".
  6. A message "Operation Successful " will appear.
