|Summary||0030965: Email notifications on feedback not working properly|
We have the following use case: An user wants to receive an email notification only about tickets which request feedback of him/her i. e. the ticket has the status 'feedback' and is assigned to the user. We configured Mantis for this use case but it is not working as expected. The email notification is only working when the ticket owner is changed first and the the ticket state is changed to 'feedback' afterwards. The other way around or setting both properties simultaneously does not work.
