Auch wenn ich alle Filter herausnehme wird mir nur ein einziges Ticket angezeigt.
Bei meinen Kollegen werden alle aktiven Tickets angezeigt.

I was not able to reproduce your problem with a fresh install of the latest stable MantisBT release (2.25.5 at the moment).

Do you see more issue listed after pushing the "Reset Filter" button?

The following additional information may be useful:

  • Exact version of MantisBT, PHP, Database, Web server, Browser and Operating System
  • Relevant customizations (e.g. changes in config_inc.php, etc)
  • Installed plugins or custom functions ?
  • Was the MantisBT source code modified in any way ?

thank you for your feedback.
Yes, I pushed the reset filter button - to no avail.
Here are some counter questions:

  • Where do I find the information of the exact Mantis Version?
  • I have no information on PHP, database, web server (where would I find these?)
  • Browser: Safari 15.5
  • Operating system: Apple MacOS Monterey 12.4 () I work since several years on a Mac with the predeceasing OS and the same browser, it always worked!
  • I only work with Mantis, I do not change anything here, so I did not install any plug-ins or customized anything
  • I did not modify the Mantis source code in any way (I am unable to do that).
    Hope this helps a bit further

Where do I find the information of the exact Mantis Version?

Most of the information can be found on page "Manage"

You wrote somethin like: "All active tickets are displayed for my colleagues."
Do you see all issues when using your login on a browser of one of your colleagues?

As a first step, I recommend to upgrade to latest stable MantisBT release (2.25.5 at the moment)

You did not provide more feedback; I am therefore resolving this issue as "no change required".

I guess that this is just a configuration issue (you might not have the same access rights like your colleagues), but not a bug.
Please use the forums to get support on customizing and using MantisBT (refer to http://www.mantisbt.org/support.php for links and further details).

Feel free to reopen the issue at a later time if you

  • are able to reproduce it using latest stable MantisBT release and
  • clarified (maybe with some help in our forum) that this is not a configuration issue
