Description

I migrated MantisBT 1.2.19 from a Windows server 2003 to a Windows server 2012 R2.

Unfortunately, MantisBT does not work. I'm looking for help to get this version working again, then upgrade.

Hello Thierry,

This is an English-speaking site, you should be posting in English. Lucky for you I speak French too ;-)

Most likely, the problem is caused by your new server running a recent version of PHP, where the legacy MySQL extension is no longer supported (i.e. >= 7.0), which has been replaced by MySQL improved extension (mysqli)

The fix should be as simple as changing your config_inc.php:

$g_db_type = 'mysqli';

This is not a bug or feature request for MantisBT (you are asking for help on how to configure the system). I am therefore resolving this issue as "no change required".
