Summary	0029099: PHP 8 not supported, Internal Server Error when editing tickets
Description	Hey, I just installed PHP 8 to see, if Mantis already supports it. At first there were not errors, but when I clicked on a ticket to edit it, I got an internal server error. So you can reproduce the error by just clicking on a ticket on the my_view or view issus page. I saw that there was a bug before, which was already fixed in 2.24 so I thought 2.25.2 should work with PHP 8, but it does not. Seems the error is somewhere on the bug_update.php file. To be sure this is a PHP 8 problem only I installed PHP 7.4 afterwards and tested it. It is working as expected with PHP 7.4. Can you please help to solve this internal server error when clicking on tickets to edit them? Would be nice if Mantis supports PHP8. Thank you. BR
Steps To Reproduce	Install PHP 8 and open a random ticket on the my view or view issues page.
