Summary	0028323: Email g_from_name is not recognized. It sends emails as "Mantis Bug Tracker".
Description	Despite setting the variable g_from_name in config_inc.php to 'Custom Issue Tracker', the email sent still has the name 'Mantis Bug Tracker'. To get rid off it, I changed the variable g_from_name in config_defaults_inc.php in 'Custom Issue Tracker' and it still sends email as 'Mantis Bug Tracker'. Php-Mailer method is set in config_inc.php to PHPMAILER_METHOD_MAIL.

dregad 2021-04-16 12:56 developer ~0065389	I was not able to reproduce your problem with a fresh install of the latest stable MantisBT release. Maybe you have defined `from_name` in Manage Configuration > Configuration Report page ?

rabbit01 2021-04-16 15:11 reporter ~0065390	Thanks dregad for your quick reply. Negative. 'from_name' was not set on the Configuration Report page. However, I then set from_name to 'Custom Issue Tracker' and it worked. Finally it sent the emails with that name. Because it's an installation for customers, I can't just play around as I would like to. Therefore I'll copy the database and then I will try to reproduce the issue on the testserver (with the same configuration). From there I'll be able to send you a bit more information about the configuration. Just let me know what else you eventually need. Have a nice weekend.
