Summary0026607: "Keep me logged in" feature not working on new workstations
Description

I have a number of users that got issued new workstations and now the "Keep me logged in" is not working for them. They would log into BugTracker with "Keep me logged in" option checked in IE 11. However, if they click on a BugTracker Issue # link from any email notification, IE would open a new tab and take them to the log in screen instead of to the Issue #.

Cookies are enabled and attached is a screenshot of their OS and browser version. There is a business requirement to use IE 11. Please let me know if you need more information.

Steps To Reproduce

hey would log into BugTracker with "Keep me logged in" option checked in IE 11.
In Outlook, if they click on a BugTracker Issue # link from any email notification, IE would open a new tab and take them to the log in screen instead of to the Issue #.
Also, if they paste that BugTracker Issue # link into IE, it would also take them to the login screen.
