Summary	0026157: edit project: better (quicker) access to "add version"
Description	in some projects we have many categories and versions, so for example you need pressing page down key 17 times to get from top to bottom (at 100% browser scaling). so any improvement to get to it would make it more comfortable. several ways possible: edit field and button "add version" at top row button "jump to versions" at top row (to jump to the edit field to add a new version) collapsable sections (would make only a bit better to skip the categories) limit entry count per section as default (and allow to expand on demand) have scrollable lists for sections with limited height ..
