Summary0025869: Emails will be sent to the standard recipients in the category, even if another recipient is selected during ticketing
Description

There are several projects set up. Some categories also have default values for "Assign To".

When creating a ticket, mails are also generated to the default recipient, even though a mail has been sent to the correct recipient.

This can be changed by setting option $g_notify_flags or E-Mail Notification page column Category Owner
