I would need the ability to send an email to the users of a project.
The idea would be as follows :

• The feature would be only for the managers, in a new section under Manage > Manage Projects > Project > Manage accounts;
• The manager chooses the profiles to which he wants to send the message (via checkboxes) ;
• The message is prepared with the email addresses in 'To' field, and the redactor in 'Cc' field. He can manually add addresses ;
• The manager writes his message and sends the email ;

This would facilitate communication for the managers of a project.
