Description	Hello, Mantis site is taking a long time to respond.While opening a new ticket, or adding updates to an existing ticket, the server takes over 30 seconds to respond from GUI,but works fine from MYSQL Database.Could you please help on improving performance. I am therefore resolving this issue as "no change required". Version:1.2.17 As a side note: Version 1.2.7 is obsolete and no longer supported.
