Summary0025498: integration Mantis and SVN，Bug status in MantisBT cannot be updated
Description

I used mantis and SVN to work together. When I tested SVN before, the bug number was associated with the commit, and the corresponding bug state in mantis would become corrected. Now I submit, only the bug was associated, and there was no change in the bug state.
I've been confused for a long time. Thank you

Steps To Reproduce

The log contents of SVN and mantis on one Server side and Server side/tmp are:
